I'm not Jeff K, but I got my Electrical/Vacuum Troubleshooting Manual off of eBay. There seems to be some there fairly frequently.

I just want to say that I picked up my EVTM manual today for my 1987 TC at Carlisle, for a whopping 5 bucks....
