VC gaskets can kink easily and leak a lot of oil and spread it everywhere making it extremely hard to pinpoint the cause...

The turbo oil line is one of Stingers and I made sure when I had the motor out it did not leak.

For the bucking issue...I found it! It was the VAM, I had checked the timing, TPS, changed the plug gap from 0.030 to 0.028m done a compression test and a leak down test. Everything checked out. I even pulled codes, got the usual 34 code. I double checked the VAM and it did not appear to have any dead spots in it, so I had tried two others that I had laying around and found a good one that would let me pull all the way to 6K!

As for the oil leak, I think it may be the vent on top of the cam cover. I will see about getting some hose here in the next day or so and connecting the hose from the vent on the top of the cam cover to the front of the turbo, so there is always a vacuum there. There was a serious puddle right on the top of the cam cover and that had ran down the side of the block. It also showed up backing up along the sealing surface to the front of the block and running down there also. Now I have to try and figure out how to get the thing to seal up. It is one of the Ford cam cover gaskets (black).
