I HAVE NOTICED THAT WHEN I START MY CAR AND ACTUALY PAY ATTENTION TO THE SOUND OF IT. IN THE MORNING WHEN I WARM IT UP BEFORE WORK I'LL COME BACK OUT AND HEAR A TICKING NOISE WELL I TOOK A GOOD LOOK AND FOUND THAT IT IS THE PCV VALVE JUST TICKING AWAY SHOULD YOU HEAR IT IF HOW LOUD IS NORMAL????

This is actually a pretty common problem. It usually isn't the PCV, but, your fuel injectors behind it. They can get rather noisy depending on how quiet your exhaust/motor is. Mine are rather loud too, but you tend to not notice it with a 2.5" single straight exhaust with no cat! I would hope your PCV doesn't make any noise at all...
If you listen from the rear driver side of the motor (close to the windshield, you should hear the back two injectors ticking as well. Not just by the front/PCV area. Either way, it isn't anything bad, they just do that. Hope this helps.
