The correct connections on coolant lines

is this diagram correct if so i need to reverse my lines.

I have always figured it didn't usually matter. I have swapped them on my 69 over various engines, etc but it is a simple cross flow core.

My TC would be backwards as compared to that diagram as well. <shrugs>
