Haha. Pete was insinuating that instead of standing by the sidelines and requesting more tech articles (which are written by members, just like Pete or you or I), that you do some footwork by writing and submitting a new one yourself.

Steve is right. A large percentage of articles are written by a small percentage of participants here. There isn't any reason that can't change. We need long and short articles for both the Tech Articles and the FAQs. There is stuff for the FAQs that would be very usefull and might only be 2 to 4 sentences long.

I'll throw this out too. I'm looking for 2-3 NATO members to voluneteer to put together th e NATO Newsletter that we haven't published in a couple years. Our previous editor isn't available. I have one volunteer already but I don't want to put it all on him. How about some help here because I can't do it. If you want to help, contact me. I'd also like some volunteers to work on a merchandise committee and to deal with vendors in terms of getting parts made for our cars, or getting club member discounts on existing products.

I vote for Tony Sceia to get some Mequiars products. Since he had an interview with them at Carlisle and also he had lunch at Mr.& Mrs. Mequiar's house! [Image: biggrin.gif] [Image: biggrin.gif]

Thanks for clearing that up. I'm interested but I cant guarantee that I'd be able to be available to help when needed.
However, I do have a neat idea for building a homemade co2 spray bar, If I do it I'll let you all in on it. I've calculate it in my head and I should be able to build one for less than $150

Pete,

I'd gladly voluneteer for the merchandise committee & getting club member discounts on existing products. I still want to put together some "How-To" demos for the next Carislie Show". I will write an article on "How to Repair/Refinish your Quarter Windows".

AS far as the Meguires Discount, no can do. Barry told me while at lunch with his wife that even he has to pay full price. [Image: biggrin.gif] [Image: biggrin.gif]

If anyone has pics of the interview, I'd appreciate you dropping me a line. I would like to include them in my scrapbook of "THE BIRD".

Tony,
I'll give you a call soon on the merchandise/discount stuff. I know people would love to see an article on refinishing the quater windows. I need to do it also.
Thanks for volunteering.
