Eric the info you provided is excellent and as we all know every lil bit helps. I had some peeling/damage on my trim and had to repaint it. I do know there are other brands that will work and maybe even look better than what I used. I was letting him know that the DUplicolor Trim paint matches very well and is fairly cheapand easy to find. It also has a very light gloss. I am just happy that we can get all the info we need here!! The best site I have been on.

I think this thread would be a good candidate for the FAQ section of the board. I am placing a copy of it there. As these birds get older and the paint fades more I'm sure this question will be popping up more in the future. Thanks for the info, zbird and Eric.

Yep, no problem. I was also not implying that one brand is better or worse than another. I've just had great luck with SEM stuff, that's all. Duplicolor and Krylon have both come a LONG way in the last few years, so they should be just as good. (All spray paint is expensive now, though!).
