TC vsTB

Well with the hot topic being TC vs Stang I thought I would tell my opinion on the 94 LX Thunderbird 4.6 V-8.
I drove one just to see how it felt and feel the torque of the V-8.
It did pull rather nice but there was no excitement like the TC.
It definitely felt heavier in the front end and despite having rear discs, did not have the braking ability of the TC.
More cruiser than sport tourer I would say.
Getting back in my bird I really appreciated what I had and thought of all the mods I could do with the money difference.

I have never driven a 94 4.6 but I sure hope it is better than the 93 5.0, my brother has one and it is very slow---sounds good though! :-)

I followed one out of my subdivision the other morning. It's of out of the city so we have to drive on a highway. He obviously had flow masters and was driving fairly hard, but I didn't have any problems keeping up with him.
