Is anyone running the bypass valve from tiny avenger? IF so how do you like it? And how much psi are you running with it?

Thanks
Chris

I dont have the TA kit, but I do have the Bosch BPV used in the kit. I run 20 psi with no problems. IMO, the kit isnt worth the money. You can get the Bosch BPV for about $25 new, or nearly free at the JY, and the 1" dia hose from the hardware store for a few $$. All you then need to do is fab up a way to mount it to the IC and the hose between the VAM and turbo. Sure, I spent several hours fabbing up parts, but I also saved over $100 compared to buying the TA kit. If you have more money than time, buy the kit. If you have more time than money, DIY.

i bought it and it’s very nice. especially the piece that connects btwn the vam and the turbo. i thought the hoses were a bit skimpy (soft vacume hose), not like the one that comes with the gillis valve, but it does work great. $115 all in. worth the $$? is time $$? it is to me. to each his own though. the guy is real nice too, won’t rush you off the phone.

Thanks a lot for the feed back. I do not have the time to fab up parts right now with school and everything so the kit is looking pretty nice. Is the kit hard to install?

Thanks again

hard no, time and work yes. there is a brass fitting on the IC that you have to take out and tap to a larger size. once you get that done and cleaned out the rest goes quickly. call the guy, he'll walk you through it.
