T-3 oil line idea.....

Ok, I am just wondering if I took a T-3 oil line ( which is cracked ) welded about a 2 1/2 1/2 line to the fitting that goes to the turbo discharge, then welded another piece of tube to the other end ( the nut thing at the end of the line ) and then clamped a piece of high temp hose to it that it would last? It would make it alot simpler to work with and I wouldnt have to worry about finding the right line for it.
Thanks,
Chris

I'd just buy a new one.

Look HERE for a nice braided replacement.
