I was wondering if you guys could give me a step by step on how to make my own through the floor type subframe connectors? Pics would be great too. Thanx

I built my own. I just went to a steel supplier and bought some 3x1.5 square tubing. They have caps welded on the ends, and are 62 inches long. Photos here

I dont know if I would mount them through the floor. I think on the bottom is fine. I could feel the stiffness it added as soon as I drove he car.

gumby has done through-floor subframe connectors. He has a thread on foxtbirdcougarforums.com detailing all of the work.
