KYB also makes some reasonably priced (non electronic) replacements. Many mail order houses sell a set of 2 struts / 2 shocks for about $170

I'm very satisfied with the Gabriel VSTs on my 93 Cougar. They improved the handling and made it quit boinging on every bump. I moved this summer, and they didn't bottom out even when I had the trunk and back seat totally full of stuff. The rear end barely even sagged. It's hard to tell how they'd be on the TC since that's a totally different platform of course, but I know they are very good on MN12s.

Personally, I will NOT NOT NOT under any circumstances give up a gadget. It's PRC shocks only for my TC. [Image: smile.gif]
