Has anyone installed the 3" side exhaust kit from Strick9 Customs? If so did you use a summit cat? What P/N? What offset did you buy on the muffler, and what brand? How was the install in general? Where did you hang the piping? Any help on this topic would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Just bought the Star Stg II kit too, power is much more fun when it is transferred to the wheels. i'll be getting the strick9 system put in on thursday and hopefully have pics up by sunday of the install. I purchased a dynomax ultra flo 3" offset in/out, and a 3" catco cat. I'm not positive on the length right now, but i'll find out and tell you what i can tuesday.

What was the length of the muffler? I've already ordered the cat. Pics would be great, thanks for the help.

From what I remember, Dynomax only offered one 3" offset in/out muffler in the ultra-flo variety. I'll be getting the exhaust put on in a couple of hours, so we'll see how well everything fits together soon.

The install went smoothly and i had the car back within a couple of hours. The mechanic I had install the strick9 system said that the pipes fit the car about as well as any other custom exhaust he has seen, with only slight modification needed. With the ultra-flo muffler and the catco cat on the system sounds very nice, almost like a v-8, but not quite. Spool time is definetly much quicker, but i couldnt give exact numbers. The only part that threw me off was that the exhaust exits right after the muffler with just a turn-down, essentially just dumping right before the rear axle. What i had expected was an exhaust that exited on the side of the car, like with a Grand National. Other than that, i have no complaints so far and hopefully i'll get pics up soon.
