Brad, what pimpx system did you buy? They sell a bunch of different types. Not sure which one I’d need.

There is only one PiMPx that's for our 2.3's. The "x" is for batch fire injection. That's us. PiMPxs is for sequential injection.

Bluebird, you mentioned that you wanted a FMIC first and then downpipes and such, may I recommend you get the exhaust first and run the stock top mount cooler. Opening up the exhaust on my first IHI made a super fun daily driver with near instant boost building and power. Do that and a good fender well mounted air filter instead of the stock filter box will be a very noticeable increase.

Kuch, I was thinking for the time being just running a cone filter at the end of the vam and when I go through with the Vam delete I make a fender mounted intake.

Brad what upper radiator hose do you have on your car? The previous owner of mine put a daycore hose on mine and its too short to fit the intercooler pipe around it.

I used two different hoses with a coupler (ICT Billet 1-1/4" to 1-1/4" Inch Hose Barb Splice Coupler Repair Fitting Adapter Connector Radiator Coolant Intercooler Heat Exchanger Fluid Designed & Manufactured in USA Bare Aluminum AN627-20A). My upper hose did not fit well under the FMIC charge pipe. I combined the hose on the car plus a GATES 21163. The hose on the car looked very different than the Gates, which RockAuto said was a replacement hose and would not work at all. The one on the car looked like a DAYCO 71555. I'm very happy with the fit now. You can see where I spliced the two here.
