Still having brake issues after 5 lug

Back in the spring I converted my turbocoupe to 5 lug. I used 2002 calipers both front and rear. I used an 87 gt mustang booster and originally a 97  15/16 bore master cylinder from a mustang. Pedal was soft and was bled several times to see if that was the problem, to no avail. I used the front lines off the mustang as well as the prop valve. I used the t bird rear brake line.  Since then I have put a master cylinder from a 2002 f 150 on it, which is 1 1/4 bore. My brakes a now hard with a full pedal,  almost as if my booster isn't working.  Any thoughts ?
