STI plug cant find????not were its told to be

I have a problem, I wanna pull the codes and see wats goin on but my STI pigtail is missing [Image: frown.gif] and i found the other plug but cant find the pigtail can anyone help me...

like wat colour is it etc...

Did you find the little ground connecter. The sti plug comes out of the same location in the loom. maybe pull back some of the loom. maybe someone cut it off.

I think its been cut off...the owner before me really messed this car up badly...its been threw hell...i found LARGE amout of leave in it i dont no y...but im tryin to get it back to 110%

Did you at least find the wires. I gaurantee at some point you are going to want to be able to pull the codes. It's a very important and usually the first part of diagnosing any problems.

I see the bigger connector the STO(wat eva called) but no STI in sight at all NO WERE...ill take pic and show you guys...I really wanna pull codes to see and make sure its 110% because ill be boostin it to around 17psi soon with a nice new IC

Sorry I had it backwards. You had it right. I thought you were looking for the big plug. The sti comes out of the loom at the same spot. If someone cut it off you should be able to peel back the tape and loom to find the wire. It's yellow with a red stripe.(I think, mines dirty)
Unless you have a MCU wiring harness for some reason but I don't even know if that's possible.

From memory, I think the STI wire is white with red stripe, but it could have turned to Y/R by now from age and heat. If you unwrap the harness back a little, I bet there will be a cut off wire. That will be the STI circuit.
