Was driving today and went to Walmart/Sams. Pulling into the parking lot, my TC ran, but when I pressed the gas pedal down the engine wouldn't rev hardly at all. Put it in natural and it revved a little, so I drove to a parking place and it died and coasted into the spot. I was able to restart the car and it ran for 10 seconds or so. Did my shopping and it started and ran fine.

I was thinking TFI or Fuel Pump, but the last time I had a TFI go bad, the car simply QUIT completely and restarted when it cooled off.

I pulled the codes and there were no codes.

Any ideas?

Popped off a vac hose or split a IC hose? Unplug the VAM electrical connector and see if it starts.

poked around this morning after it had cooled off with Jeff's post in mind and found the fitting from the turbo to the "cap thing" on the back of the valve cover was finger tight.

Tightened that up and I'm about to head to work and hopefully get there Smile
