I put my motorsports 5300 c springs back in, and the rear sits lower than the front, it used to be even. Which way do you put the rears in, do you face the last half of the coil at the back or the front?

Harvs, could any of the following apply:

The front springs got put in the back?

The ground under the front is higher than the ground under the rear?

Two jack stands are unaccounted for and may be under the front of the car.

You didn't have the car perfectly aligned with true magnetic north when you installed the springs. This is very important and the directions should have warned you about this.

Are the rear tires inflated?

Did you check to see if they hid Fat John's body in the trunk.

The front is fine, its the rear that sits to low. I know there is a certain way to put the rears in, or it won't sit right (lower or higher)I need to know what way the very tip of the last coil needs to be facing. Right now the back is 25.5 from the middle of the wheel opening, when last time i had theme in it was 26 inches.

I usually put the pigtail on the front of the lower spring perch..HOWEVER the problem may be more the fact that those 5300C rear springs are too short and too light for the TBirds...You may be able to cheat it back up with some poly spring isolators....
