I found this trunk and spoiler at the junkyard!

I am not sure if I like the look of the 3" tailpipe. Does anyone have a suggestion to make it look better?

I think the tailpipe would look better with a high temp low black gloss paint on it. It would not stand out as much. That's just my opinion though.

You could also just take the tailpipe off but that would make it a littler louder but wont affect performance. When I had my 6cyl I just cut off the part of the tailpipe that was sticking out under the bumper and that hid it pretty well.

Is that just a 3" tip?? Why, may I ask? If you have a full 3" exhaust put on, you won't need that anymore [Image: smile.gif]

It is a three inch tailpipe. The muffler guy didn't have a 3" tip.

I don't think it looks too bad. I'd cut it off a litte shorter so that it doesn't extend beyond the bumper.

I have a 3" tip too but it is cut off at an angle. Maybe that would help the look ?

I agree with 85 turbo bird. Take that long ext off there and just put a turn-down that is hidden by the bumper so that you don't see it.
