Speedo, door chime, and headlights?

My speedometer doesn't work. When you turn on the turn signal it clicks up and down, thats all. What could this be? Blown fuse? If so, what number is it?

Also, that door chime is REALLY annoying. How can I unhook it?

Since my head lights don't work, does anyone in Lorain-ish area have a manual they can lend me or scan the pages with wire diagrams?
If not, what would the best manual be? I liked Haynes for the Isuzu, but not sure on the TC.

If the speedo moves slightly with changing electrical loads, I would think it is still good. Does the cruise control work? If that also doesnt work, I would look for a bad VSS. You can also run the KOEO codes and look for a VSS code.
