you can honestly go 13s with way less than i have. If you only got a t-3 from an older turbocoupe, a 255 pump, kirban regulator, turbo back 3 inch exhaust, and a front mount will get you there no problem. I spent about 3,000 making mine fast but I bought everything brand new. MSQ=$650, FMIC=$300, injectors=$230, exhaust=$350, Methanol kit=$400, Cam kit=$450, fuel pump=$90, FPR=$75, Bobs Log=$300, wideband gauge=$200. I estimated all the prices off the top of my head and I'm sure i left a thing or 2 out. Dont even get me started on the nickle and dime stuff and the things you will buy to make your car as nice as you would want it

in my 85 tbird, i went 13.6 @ 99mph on STOCK stuff.
the only upgrade i did, was a large vam and auto eek from an 87 tbird, and a 2 1/2" down pipe.
that's it... stock 88lph pump.
It was my first time ever at the dragstrip, so I sisn't really know how to "drag" drive.
sold my 85 to my best friend, and now i have an 87 tbird that has seen better days, and I am transplanting the heart into my 85 mustang gt. it is a shame to have to gut a nice car, but it is unfortuately way beyond the repair days
I am planning on low 12's high 11's with just about stock trim and IHI in my mustang...
