The exhaust elbow (90* Exhaust flange) for the IHI and T3 have different bolt patterns, not interchangable.

What do you mean, "where is the water line for an IHI?. The water inlet fitting on the turbo is on the side of the turbo facing the engine, at the top. I think the return fitting is on the bottom of the same side, but I don't have time to check it right now.

The little IHI water inlet tube to the turbo, from the heater tubes that run the length of the valve cover can be made to work with a T3 . I have mine set up this way. It's not as big a diameter as the T3 supply line used on earlier cars but I couldn't get enough clearance to make it work for me.

Don't know why the housings won't interchange. Garett and Air Research are the same Company.

Maybe have the 02 sensor hole redrilled and tapped for the sensor. A machine shop should be able to do it. Not sure I understand what you mean on this one??

Are you talking about the 02 sensor connector or the orange wire that grounds to one of the two bolts that attaches the inlet tube to the compressor housing? What wire do you mean?
