siren noise?

My t3 sounds like sh*#t, it sounds like a siren, its really loud. I cant even hear the whistling noise, why does it do this? Can i make it sound normal?

Harv, I've had the same problem with mine ever since I put in the centersection from Bambev. I have had it back out 3 or 4 times trying to figure out what it is and I don't have a clue. It starts a throttle tip in so it's always there, not just under boost conditions. Yeah, it's annoying. Won't be a problem once the new turbo gets here.

the guy i bought the turbo from said that it was cause of a vac leak. It dosen't even sound like a turbo, i hate it. Should i send it back and get another one?

it will even be in vac and it will sound like this. Im going to get rid of it if i cant get rid of that noise. shouldn't it sound like a jet or a rig or something?
