Not simple, no. If you don't want aftermarket, then you'll need a way of making the ECM work properly with the MAF, like an EEC-Tuner, a J3 chip and adaptor, etc.

Thank you I have the LB3 ecm what would be the best and cheapest of the J3 or EEC-Tuner and how or who would tune this I have 46lbs injectors 70mm T.B. a tube upper intake and a tube exhaust manifold 3" downpipe exhaust and adjustable fuel pressure reg. FMIC, I want 300hp like my old/but long sold 68 gt fastback 390 S code I really want that torque and hp again, but in a car that can make turns with out rolling over.LOL

Well, first off, did you know that you don't need to go mass air to support your goal? Plenty of guys have made that HP and more on the big VAM.
The problem with using 46lb injectors with no chip/tuner is that your ECM still thinks it has the stock injectors, so you wind up running rich. You can cheat your fuel pressure but I'm not sure how low you can go and still have good fuel atomization. You may very well be better off using your stock injectors and raising the FP instead to get some more fuel in there.
As for tuning, you really need either a wideband O2 sensor with data logging or some time on a dyno to get it right.
