Just got the new rims and tires on my XR7. I have been using the 10 holers forever. With my 275/50-15 MT drag radials on them. Very expensive. Anywho with the quad shocks removed. I have 285/40-17 out back and 255/45-17 up front. Car definately moves around abit know. But it sure does look cool.

So....

With abit of street time....drives pretty good. Those tires suck for traction. If I floor it, spins through first. If I brake torque for a good launch. The tires will only hold 5psi. Anymore boost than that the car will just smoke the rear tires. So the moral of the story. If you car is fast enough for 12's. You need to drive around on drag radials.....if you can afford it.

That really is a good look for you...

Remember, street tires are for street driving. Race tires are for race driving.
