Howdy!

I'm looking for recommendations for OEM equivalent Shocks, Struts and Springs for an '84 turbocoupe that I'm trying to get back on the ground/road. I've seen plenty of shocks available but no struts. Are there any exchangeable parts from other foxbodies that would fit the bill?

Thank you!

I know there are various struts available for the 87-88s. Not sure if they are the same or not. I don't see why they would be different but hopefully someone can chime in with experience on this.
88 Turbo Coupe: Front mount intercooler, MGW short throw shifter, full coilover conversion, tubular control arms front and rear, svo front brakes, vacuum assist brake swap, manual steering swap, GT35R turbo with external gate, pimpx ecu, 60lb injectors, 3 core aluminum radiator, Boport 1.5 cam, gutted upper, corbeau fixed back seats, and the list goes on.

no one produces struts for the 83-86 cars anymore

I have an 85 and figured out I can use 87-88 struts if I use 87-88 strut mounts

here's the part #'s I used:

Monroe 71803 Struts (they come with metal spacers but they're not needed with 83-86 spindles)
Monroe 901974 Strut Mounts
1985 TC 5 Speed: Steeda Tri-Ax Shifter, Big R Stage 1 T3, Stinger FMIC

Thank you! I'll have to pick those up! Did you have to do any mods or fabrication or was it just bolt up?
