Has anybody tried getting with a business that does vinyl signs or graphics to see if they can make us an overlay for the center console and door locks that the lettering always seem to wear off of? If no one has tried this I will give it a shot this next week and let you guys know what I find out.

I havent seen anyone that does as of yet, so what I was actually planning on doing was theres a company called select products, they sell all types of car audio installation products, and they have sheets of carbon fiber overlay, burlwood, brushed aluminum, etc. I grabbed an extra set of the dash bezel and radio trim, and door switches, and am going to use them as templates for a carbon fiber set. They have the real stuff on their site, and they have simulated. The fake stuffs quite a bit cheaper!

Dan, the website is www.selectproducts.com They sell sheets of the stuff, not kits for individual cars. If you go to their site, click on the big logo, then select products, then ABS laminates. I`m going to go with the carbon fiber, the sheets are 21.00 for a 12x24" sheet, and 52.50 for a 24x48" sheet regardless of the style.
