Running at the track...

Well, after getting a couple mods on, I'm thinking about going to the track to get a E.T. My question is, will it cause any damage to my TC if you run the turbo that long? It seems like if run at like 17/18 psi with the stock turbo, it would run hot as hell. Do you think it would cause any damage?

It should not hurt a thing. At most the turbo will only be working for around 15 seconds assuming your talking the 1/4 drag strip and not the Salt Flats.
