I'd check with an auto upholstery shop. I did that when I had the SVO redone. That original material was long gone but they came very close.

What Pete said. An upholstery shop will sell you the footage you need and it will be foam backed. I wouldn't recommend trying to remove the old material from your headliner. If you try it you'll see why. I bought the new material and covered over the old material and it came out just fine with a little extra cushion. As long as you're at the upholstery shop have them sell you the adhesive they use. I wouldn't trust the spray can.
