Rice Burner's Big Surprise

I am a part time police officer in a small town. I was on my way into the department on Saturday night to work the midnight shift when our afternoon car got a domestic assult call on the south end of town. There was no back up available for him so I called dispatch and told them that I would be responding in my personal vehicle (1988 TC). The north side of town is a four lane so I worked my way through traffic easily and opened her up. The south end is a three lane (center turn lane). I ended up having to passing three cars using the center turn lane then I opened her back up again. I pulled onto the side street where the residence was located and parked on the left hand shoulder of the road and exited my vehicle. Just as I closed my door a rice burner (low profiles, go fast stickers and fart exhaust) pulled up next to my car and rolled down his window. The young kid driving then yelled out his window "I wasn't ready - Lets go again"! You should have seen the look on his face when I walked a round my car and over to his window in full uniform. All he could say was "Oh F_ _K! I just wish I had a camera and more time that night to mess with him.
