Hello Everyone,
I have just purchased a 1988 Turbo Coupe as a retirement present for myself.  It is a red, manual car with gray leather interior.  It has most of the options, power on both seats, graphic eq, sunroof, automatic temperature control, auto dim headlights, keypad entry.  The good news is that it only has 38,000 miles.  The bad, is that it needs body work due to some light hail damage plus someone's botched attempt to repair a crack in the nose.  Other than the body work, the car is in great shape for a car that has sat more than it has been driven.  It will be a fun project.  I will be relying on the expert advice from the users of this forum as I restore this Bird back to its prime condition.  

This is my second Turbo Coupe.  My first was purchased new in 1988, my first ever new car.  It was a base model, twilight blue with the blue cloth interior.  I loved the car for over ten years and 100,000 miles.  Always said that I would have another someday, today is the day.

88 Turbo Coupe: Intake and exhaust mods, T3 turbo at 24 psi, forced air IC, water injection, BPV, Ranger cam, subframes, etc., etc.
86 Tbird 5.0 (original owner): intake, exhaust, valvetrain mods, 100 HP N2O, ignition, gears, suspension, etc., etc.
