Finally came up with another vehicle (84 chebby pickup) to drive every day and allow me to keep the 'Coupe in the garage for sunny days! Just under 78k miles and it's been killing me to drive it every day to work, even though it's 3.5 miles each way. Was definately going to come up with something for the winter as the salt around here is hard on cars. Now I can keep my Bird in it's like new condition for many more years to come so that others may enjoy / wonder "What the heck is that thing"?

Winter project if funds allow: T3/T4 and FMIC and dream about a Bo stage III big valve head..........
1988 Turbo Coupe: 5-speed, 75k original one owner garage kept miles.

MODS: K&N filter on the VAM, Gillis Boost Valve @ 16 PSI, Walbro 255 lph pump, Kirban AFPR, Full STINGER 3" turbo back exhaust with Magnaflow muffler, Motorsports 140 MPH Speedometer.

Yeah but it makes driving the Coupe oh so much more enjoyable- can't have the sweet without the sour!

At least it's not a Honda.
I want to live in a world where monkeys don't dig up the dead and parade about in their shoes.

Thanks guys, I know it's a Chebbie but it's keeping the miles and the winter salt (rust) off my 'Coupe. So it's ok in my book, lol. A sacrificial beater for the everyday ride.

Anyway, I got it off a friend for $800 with a GMPP crate 350, headers, and a rebuilt TH350. So overall I'm pleased to be able to keep the wear and tear off the 'Bird.
