I have been working on some reproduction turbo shift knobs for our cars. I should have a sample ready by the end if next week. if you think you may be interested, just let me know.

88 TurboCoupe,Midnight Metallic Blue on Blue cloth, 140 m.p.h. speedo, 96,000 miles, 5spd. Gills valve, many new parts waiting to be installed..88 TC, Silver, 5spd, My first car, wish I still had that one! 1988 5speed black every option. 3inch single turbo to tail(stinger), manual boost control. k&n cone walbro fuel pump

1986 xr4ti project car..... way to many mods to list.

WOW! Nice but expensive so it will be on a lower end of the "to do" list.

Besides, I figure if my original knob is worn and someone tries to steal the Bird, that they wouldn't get to far from lack of shift pattern knowledge.. lol

but great job!

Current Mods: Gillis valve @18psi. K&N Cone. Removed AC components, New: Esslinger Aux. Shaft, Seals, Melling Oil Pump, Heater core. Ranger cam & rollers, new tower bearings, Walbro 255 fuel pump

That's actually a fair price. I paid $75 for a new one from Ford in 1992, which included some discounts.

Scary to think how much they would be now--if they were still available from Ford.
Another proud dues-paying member.

1987 Turbo Coupe w/T5OD, 8.8 axle, grey smoke; most options. Got it in 1991 with 41K miles: 3 turbos, 2 heater cores, 3 T5OD full rebuilds, 6 clutches, 1 head gasket, 2 Teves II ABS units, etc. later....
