Mine is leaking out the bottom and I think into the booster and I am going to replace it. Is there anything special I need to do, or just replace and bleed?
Will the fluid in the booster damage it, or can I clean it out somehow?

I will fill it up, but it will drain within a day, or overnight. Looks like it may be coming out of the 2 brake lines on the side, but I did find traces of it on the hose coming off the check valve on the booster. And my boss was following me and said my exhaust had a slight blue tint to it, but didnt smell like motor oil.

you would be surprised what drips from where. i had a small oil leak and it coated the entire trans and exhuast always smoking. if it looks like it is coming from the lines then maybe replace them or inspect them first. use some carb cleaner and spray it in there to clean everything off. when it begins to leak find it then fix.

Years ago I repaired a Sunbeam Tiger in which the MC was leaking into the vacuum booster. I rebuilt the MC and pumped nearly a quart of brake fluid out of the booster, installed the MC and everything worked fine. The brake fluid shouldn't hurt the booster internally. It is possible that if the booster has fluid in it, the fluid could be getting into the engine causing the smoke, but the only way to find out is to take it apart, fix the MC an see what happens.
