Firts what is needed to do to them BEFORE I install them. I have a pair with all the hardware. The grease fitting is not installed, do I simply screw it in and fill the bal joint with grease? Also my manual says to "place a "punch" of suitable size in the bottom open end of te control arm to keep the control arm from distorting while pressing the bushing" HUH?

Before you install?? Take the control arms off. Yes on the nipples - screw in and fill with grease - fill after everything is put back together or you will have a mess (don't ask me how I know this!). The last set I did for my 88 TC I took the control arms into the shop and had them press the old ones out and new ones in. It takes a pretty decent sized press. Cost $20.

I just did mine,Auto zone will rent you the press you need to do this job with the arms still in the car,Took me about 45 minutes to do them both. They did charge me a $100 deposit when I got it,but when I took it back they gave me back my $100 .It's just a deposit to make sure you return it.Oh and I agree with the comment made above, grease them after they are in!! [Image: wink.gif]And yes you can screw them right in with what I think is a 3/8 box wrench.

Too much fun, what's that mean? That's like too much boost, there's no such thing.
