how do i replace the bumper park/signal lens mine is busted up badly
86tc 5speed k&n, gfb boost controller, autometer gauges, tripminder, fmic, and upgrading as fast as possible

you could just get a new one, otherwise I don't know how you could get just the lens out of the housing short of the conventional ways of taking a lens out of a housing.

well garrett this is the lens that is in the front of the bumper on a 86

does it unbolt from the back?

it feels like it does but it also seems like its in like a pod


need help on getting this out so i can replace

Hood,
Having just done this yesterday on my '84 I'm guessing your '86 is the same.

The lights have 2 studs in the back that are bolted to a small metal plate. That plate is then bolted to the bumper reinforcement with 3 bolts.

So to remove the light you need to unbolt the plate, then unbolt the light from it. IIRC the nuts on the studs take a 10mm socket & the bolts for the plate are 14mm.
