Relays under black lid

I'm talking about the 2 relays that are underneath the black lid by the master cylinder. The grey one is for what? Used to know. And the brown one in front powers the brake pump. I have a Ford EVTM manual for the 88 tbird in the garage, but its bedtime haha

2 questions:

1. Does anyone know where to get a new relay for the brake pump, the brown one in front? Everyone I checked with only listed the grey one in the back. The grey one has 4 pins, the brown one has 5 (Fisher, NAPA, advance auto, Family Ford in Carlisle said its obsolete, but he gave me the original part # for it:
Service part # E7LY 8Z658 A
Engine part # E7LB 2C013 BA
(Not sure why there's 2 p/n's for it.

2. And on both of the harness connectors for the 2 relays, a couple of wires can be pulled right out of the back of both relay connectors. The little plastic lock tabs are broken inside. Does anyone have a parts harness with those connector ends on them that arent broke/I could use to cut off and solder them on to my harness like pigtails?

4 pin is the pump relay, 5 pin is the ABS power relay. Either is available from the aftermarket (NAPA, etc)

Both are 40 amp Ford relays. If by ABS relay, you mean the ABS computer relay (5 pin) and you need the pump relay (4 pin), just get the 5 pin and grind off the pin you dont need. If its the 5 pin you need (RARELY ever fails) I was sure they were available, but if not, get a 5 pin 40 amp relay with a socket, and adapt the socket pigtails to the harness.

yeah when i said abs relay, I ment the 5 pin gray relay. Yeah the only relay i need to replace is the 4 pin pump relay (intermittantly dont work till you tap on it) So both relays are the same internally? Taking that pin away wont be taking away the power pin or anything? id look at my evtm but im not home

The 4 pin is a "single throw" relay, meaning it closes the 2 contacts when energized. The 5 pin is a "double throw" relay. That means when energized, one the "center" contact closed to one of the others. When unenergized, the "center" contact is closed to the other contact. ABS comp uses this to turn on the ABS light if the ABS relay doesnt energize. You may not even have to grind off the 5th pin, as I think the pump relay socket will fit it.

Alright, Ill pick up a new 5 pin relay and see what I come up with. Yeah, the 5th pin may just slide into a open hole
