Well, I got 'er done!
Used the directions contained within the FAQ and everything went well. If you are going to do this do them both at the same time as the wire harness under the battery tray gives you access to all the wires you need. No need to climb under the car and search out the wires for the fogs.
I put all three relays (Fogs, Low, High Beam) on the inner fender behind the battery. They fit there fine and the wires tuck down under the tray to the harness very neatly.
Last thing to do is to pull the system sentry out and remove the bulb for low beam bulb out. Yup, the light is on, probably due the reduced voltage on the line. But all in all, life is good. One down, one to go.
