Putting in a nice set of speakers in my 86 TC and when I tested for which side is power they both lit up with my tester. So which side is power and which side is ground?

I flip the wires and the speakers still work! So what is correct?

#1 rear passenger side speaker has a two pink wires on one side and two grey wires with pink stripe(spotted white on one of the grey ones as well.

#2 rear driver side speaker has two pink wires with green stripe and the other side hastwo pink wires with blue stripe(one is spotted blue)

What's your question? Polarity? Guess with the same convention for both speakers to avoid canellation effects, reversed polarity on speakers just shifts the sound waves 180 degrees.
