Okay... my rear lamp is out, or more it's just one bulb. The bulb is the outermost of the three lights on the drivers side rear light assembly... obviously looking from behind the car. Because it is out my turn signal refuses to blink when I turn left... which is a pain in my butt. I want to know who to replace it, where to get the bulb, what the part number is, and about what it will cost. If this is the bulb then I can deal with it... this is just a blown bulb right? Help please.

Yep, sounds like a blown bulb. If the bulb is blown it will make the turn signal not work. To change it, you just open the trunk and pull the lining back to get to the bulb. Turn the bulb 1/4 turn counter-clock wise and the bulb housing should slide out. Seems like you take the bulb out of the housing the same way. There will be numbers on the base of the bulb. Go to any auto parts store and they should have the bulb that matches. Wal-mart has them here, and they have a handy little computer thing for you to look up the bulb number on. Should only cost you a couple of bucks. Good luck!

Alright, thanks. I'll do that tomorrow... get the bulb and write back if it isn't the problem.

This could be more than a light bulb situation. Open the trunk lid and see if there is any separation between the molded lens section and the bulb holder section of the assembly. If there is, you will need to rebuild the light assemblies or find another lail light. The job of rebuilding is not as hard as it time consuming and delicate work. Do a search on this web site for "tail lights". As you scroll through them, you will find directions on how to do it. I just did the left one on my 88, so if you need more information, send me an e-mail.

Okay... *whew* it was just a blow bulb. I went to take it out and the bulb shattered in my hand, it was that brittle. I used a blanket to get it out all the way and got it replaced for like 3 bucks. Piece of cake. Thanks for the help.
