Rear end problems-of sorts

Sorry, I have not been on in a while, life has gotten in the way. But here is my problem. About two years ago I lost a rear axel bearing and smoked the axel. Metal filings all over the place. Done a rear end swap with my parts car. And ever since then the car is "squrrely" and has been getting worse. Let off the gas, the rear end of the car seems to jump to the right. Get into the gas and the rear end of the car jumps to the left. Bumps in the road causes all kinds of issues, it is almost all over the place. Know I need to replace the front sway bar bushings on the frame rails (they are both gone). But until the rear end swap, it really was not that bad, just rattled a lot. I had my wife move the car the other day and she forgot about the e-brake and let out the clutch. Before the motor died, the driverside back tire moved forward about 2-3 inches!

Now to my question(s). Will Fox body mustang upper and lower control arms work on my 88 tc or am I going to have to bite the bullet and order out either new bushings/arms? Is there a certain year of stang that will fit, if so, what year(s)? If I have to order the bushings, who and part number? If it is the arms I need, who has the best "bang for the buck" and part number? I don't have a lot of cash to throw around at the moment.

I have been able to trace it down to the rubber bushings that are in the control arms. Is there a cheap but awesome brand that I can get to fix this?

Not sure of the setup on these, I haven't fiddled around back there yet. If you need to press it out, I've found it's cheaper to get a press and do it yourself. I got a 12-ton harbor freight special and it works like a champ. Machine swap quoted me nearly $400 for a-arm and control arm bushing and that was just to press them out. Picked up a press for $180 and 20 hours later my Trans Am had new front-end bushings Smile
