I have a friend with a '91 ranger intake. Does anyone know about using these on a 87-88 TC? It looks as though the distributor will have to be changed, but I'm not sure. Just curious if anybody has checked in to this.
87 TC: A237 Motorsports cam, boost valve,MSD 6BTM Rod's header, 3" downpipe, dynomax ultraflow mufflers, 2 1/2" GT tailpipes, 255lph fuel pump, adj. fuel press. regulator.
88 TC: 5.0 Conversion,Edlebrock heads and upper-lower intake, rockers, exhaust, dynomax race magnum muff.,24lbs. injectors, waiting on supercharger.

Is the ranger intake from a DIS (distributorless ignition system) motor? If so, there is no way the dist. can be made to fit.

Don't these heads require the use of a different lower intake also? I thought I saw it mentioned that is the reason the Dist. won't fit.
