hi guys,I'm installing a meth/water injection system in my 1988 tc.Can someone give me details on where to find 2 12 volt key on sources? One should be under the hood and the other inside the car or at the fuse box-where in the fuse box and exactly where in the engine compartment? thank you,Philip

If you want a hot in run only under the hood, use the VPOWER circuit. You can tap into the RED wire at the IRCM or the BCS 2 pin connector. Most of us dont have the BCS anymore so the connector would just be hanging there anyway. IMPORTANT: Use the VPOWER circuit to trigger the coil of a 30 Amp relay, and have the relay supply the meth system with the high amps it needs directly from the battery (fuse this close to the battery).

They're both on the passenger side of the engine compartment, Philip. The IRCM is a black box with a connector with a bunch of wires attached to it, and the BCS is a little round thing with two hoses and a 2 pin connector attached to it.

thank you guys for the previous answers. The next thing I need help with in installing this water/meth system is the instructions are saying to connect from the hose barb on the back of the controller the supplied vacuum boost hose(this part is clear). Then it says to connect this boost hose to the intake plenum.Where is this intake plenum? Is it the molded aluminum piece on top of the motor that says ford-2.3 EFI? If so,where can I tap into? the tech at snow perf. suggested to 'T'off of the factory boost gage air hose. This controller relies on the boost to turn on and send a message to the pump and tells it to spray so it sounds easier to T-off the factory boost gage line.Sorry about droaning on.Ineed to know where the intake plenum is and the factory boost gage hose under the hood.thank you philip

Intake plenum = upper intake manifold. The vacuum tree is sourced from the upper intake so just use a port on the tree. The boost gauge is sourced from the tree also.
For a very slight quicker response, source your signal off the compressor outlet.

pete,is the intake plenum that piece that has the 2.3 efi raised characters on it and you see it when you look over the driver's side fender? Also where is the compressor outlet? Could the vacuum tree have a port or two that have caps on them that I can use? thank you Philip

Yes on the intake plenum.
The compressor outlet is under the intercooler, you should be able to see it some looking under the intercooler from the passenger side headlight.
Correct again on the vacuum tree.

The compressor outlet ultimately connects to the throttle body (there may be an inter-cooler and piping in between)
