Is the low pressure valve the one near the compressor that connects to the outside port of the compressor? Thanks for your help.

No. The low pressure port is the one near the firewall, on the canister. If you're standing on the passenger side of the car, look directly down at the intercooler. From this view, it's near the bottom left corner of the intercooler, and down under some wiring. Kind of awkward to get to but definitely do-able.

I just charged mine up earlier today. Ice cubes poppin' out of the vents now! Big Grin
