I plan on lowering my car a bit in the near future, I read by lowering my car I will still have the PRC but will barely notice. I plan on replacing my shocks and struts when I lower it but was wondering whats the best brand to go with if I decide not to get the factory ones?

If you lower it, go with mustang struts in the front,KYB's are what I put on my car and I'm happy.

KYB does list struts for the TC they have a footnote about loosing the prc but I did not care about that. I Have them all the way around on my 87tc and like the way they handle.

I looked up the KYB website and seen they offered strut mounts as well, but I read in an earlier post to go with camber/caster plates. Also has anyone changed their front end. I was lookin at a new K member from Griggs and wondering whats the word on it. I sit good, Great and what the benefit by installing a new one?

I recently replaced my PRC's with a set of Monroe Sense-Tracs. They are a perfect fit, but they don't have hookups for the PRC. I went to Radio Shack and purchased a couple of those ABS project enclosures and I mounted them under the hood and stuck the PRC adapters in there to keep them out of the weather, and my Ride Control computer doesn't know they aren't there hehe. The thing rides like a new car, and is very firm at high speed.
There's my 2 cents!
