question about car specs

I know that all of the specs about the cars says that they make 190hp stock, but is that at the crank or at the wheels? I know that this may sound stupid to some of you but ive heard that they make 215 at the crank and i just wanna clear this up.

87 Turbo coupe, 5spd, full factory options, custom 3 inch exhaust

the 190 mark is at the crank and not the wheels; the svos made around 205 at the crank.

the 85.5 svo, to be exact, had 205hp.

84-85s had 175hp, and 86 had 200hp.
