Sounds like the rings are not letting oil by. If its at start-up and decel, that would indicate valve seals. The turbo could also have bad seals and be burning oil.

Stan,
Tell us a little more. When does it do, under what conditions? Cold start up? Taking off from a light? When you shift. Deceleration with car in gear.
Any condition(s) when it doesn't do it?

Take the IC off and see if there is any oil in it.

Take the VAM hose off and tell how much oil is in the hose or the compressor inlet

Mostly does it during gear shifts, sometimes at idle if i have been driving for a while.I recently had the head cleaned and checked for cracks, milled .007,and new valve seals installed, due to blown gasket. No oil in the IC,but have seen it in the Vam tube.

Stan, small amounts of oil in the VAM hose is normal. Puddles of oil is bad.

I'm wondering if one of the new valve seals came off the top of the valve guide. This would allow oil to travel down the guide and be burned? Valve seals are suppose to fit snuggly over the top of the valve guides. Sometimes they don't get fully seated and come loose. You would have to pull the valve cover to check them

Thanks Pete,
I will pull the valve cover and check them. Also i will double check the Vam hose.If in fact it does have a large amount of oil in the vam hose, would that indicate a bad turbo.I have two extras if it is bad.

A lot of oil in the VAM or intercooler could be the turbo. From what you have decribed so far I would be looking more towards the seals first.
