I ordered my fuel pump and reg on the 4th and have yet to see it, has anyone else had problems wiht them?

I remember seeing a post a couple of months ago that they were waiting for the regulators from the mfgr.

Yup, took me about a month, the first excuse was,i can't find the order,the second was UPS was not shipping, and the 3rd was I'm waiting for the back order to come in ,so yeah it took me over a month to get my order was not impressed, considering my car was down all that time,and cause I tried to get a head of it and pulled the tank. All in all great product but needs to work on his turn around time.

Same thing happened to me back in the spring. Same story with back order. "Oh, our computer said we had some, when we did not" I kind of believe them in that the box I got was from Kirban directly, they just put a label with my address over it. That was almost 6 weeks after my order.
"oh, we sent you an email"...but I never got any notice it was back ordered until I called; they checked, and called me back a day later.
I think they're using "not in time" inventory practices.
