P.S. I don't quite understand the part about the hole being visible when it's all put back together. Can anyone explain?

A little bit of the bottom hole will stick out below the door trim panel if the hole is drilled centered on the dimple (forgot about the drill template dimples.... been a while since I changed a PW motor). I have used a Dremmel to cut a "flat bottomed" hole a bit higher that the hole centered on the dimple, and atill managed to get the motor out without having much, if anything visible below the trim panel.
