What is the procedure to remove the power steering pump? It appears the pulley has to come off to access the bolts holding the pump to the mounting bracket? If so, how do you reinstall the pulley after the pump is reinstalled (BFH - just joking!)? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You can rent the PS pulley remove / install tool from many parts stores or buy one for $50 or so from Harbor Freight. If you try to use anything else, you WILL destroy the pulley.
