Alright, my power driver seat will not work, so I got wiring diagrams off Pete and went to work. I found that I have power at the blk/white wire at the switch and got power at all the connectors. I found that if I run a direct power to the blk/white wire at the switch, everything works as normal. I don't understand why it won't work without the direct power feed. I got my DMM out I have 13.5 volts at the switch with the car running, so thats fine. I ran a direct ground, but it still didn't work. Any electrical gurus out there? Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Possibly the circuit breaker in position 12 on the fuse panel is weak and won't carry enough current to operate the seat.

Well DonH was close. I figured out what was wrong. Theres a connector next to the seat under the carpet. Thats where the black/white wire comes from the fuse box. It was very corred and when I pulled it apart both wires on either side of the connector just fell off. So, it was showing me I had juice at the switch, but not enough to run the seats.
